2. Confirm the assessment and price

Our office reviews availability and explains whether a site visit or diagnostic assessment is needed, including any applicable charge. We then define the proposed work and estimate.

3. Approve the scope and schedule

Review included work, separate charges and access needs. Once approved, we coordinate service or repairs around route availability, parts and project requirements.

Know what your quote covers.

Is $135 the monthly price for every pool?

No. $135 is the starting monthly price for residential weekly service. Pool size, current condition, equipment and care needs affect your quote. Stabilizer is billed separately twice per year.

Are phosphate treatments and other specialty chemicals included?

Coverage depends on your service plan and pool needs. Your proposal identifies included treatments and any separate charges. We do not describe the starting monthly rate as an all-inclusive specialty treatment package.

Does the leak detection price include underground work?

No. Specialized underground locating, extended diagnostics, excavation and underground repairs carry separate charges. We explain the additional scope and price before you approve it.

Does requesting an estimate book a visit?

No. A form submission starts the conversation. Our office confirms the service needed, availability, any assessment fee and the appointment arrangements.
