This notice explains how Get Wet Pools Inc. handles information through getwetpoolspalmbeach.com and related service inquiries. For questions, contact office@getwetpoolspalmbeach.com or 561-574-6246.

Information you provide

Our estimate form requests your first and last name and email address. You can also provide a phone number, street address, the service needed and a message. We receive information you choose to share when you call, text or email us, such as pool symptoms or equipment details. Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in the inquiry form.

How inquiries are used

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss your pool needs, assess service availability, prepare estimates and coordinate requested work. Form submissions are managed through Squarespace and email notifications are sent to our designated business inbox. Staff and service providers may handle this information as needed for these purposes.

The form asks for permission to contact you about your inquiry. It does not subscribe you to an advertising list or marketing-text program. Providing a phone number is optional. You can tell our office how you prefer to be contacted.

Hosting, security and analytics

Squarespace hosts this website and processes form submissions and website activity. Hosting and security services can receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, pages requested and referral information. Squarespace activity logging is enabled. Google reCAPTCHA is enabled on the estimate form to help detect automated submissions.

Squarespace analytics and the site's Google Analytics integration can use cookies or similar technologies to understand website use. The native cookie controls restrict non-essential cookies until you choose to allow them. Essential technologies needed to operate and protect the site may still be used.

Cookie choices

Use Accept all, Decline all or Manage cookies in the cookie banner. You can reopen Cookie Preferences to change your choices. Browser settings can also limit or delete cookies; blocking essential technologies may affect website features.

Reviews and external services

The estimate page offers an optional Google reviews display supplied by Elfsight. Its external script is not loaded automatically. Selecting Load Google reviews connects your browser to those third-party services, which may receive connection or device information and use their own cookies. Reloading the page returns the display to its unloaded state; browser controls can remove cookies already set.

Sharing and retention

Information may be handled by providers supporting hosting, forms, business email, security and analytics, according to the services and choices described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address legal claims or protect rights. We do not promise that information is never shared with service providers.

Inquiry and service records may be retained for business needs, ongoing work and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and purpose; this notice does not set a single retention period for every record. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

Contact office@getwetpoolspalmbeach.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or change communication preferences. We may need to verify a request and consider applicable recordkeeping requirements. Privacy rights and available exceptions depend on applicable law.
